Information from payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment status, the transaction reference, and the name, mobile number and email you entered at checkout. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials.

Health information is sensitive personal data. We collect it only where you voluntarily provide it for the purpose of clinical assessment and consultation. You are not required to share health information in order to browse this website or to make a general enquiry.

- Respond to your enquiries, feedback and complaints
- Send appointment reminders and service-related messages

- Comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your health information with advertisers or advertising platforms.

8. How long we keep your data
- Clinical records: retained for the period required under applicable professional and legal requirements, and thereafter for continuity of care.
- Enquiry and assessment data where no consultation follows: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.
- Payment and invoice records: retained for [8 years] as required under tax law.

9. Security

Our services are intended for persons aged 18 and above. Where a consultation is sought for a minor, it must be booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
