Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or booking any consultation or service. By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or its services.

1. About us

This website is owned and operated by

IDV Ayurveda Clinic And Panchakarma Centre us, an Ayurvedic clinic located at Vinayak Nagar, 7th Cross, Kaulpet, Bagalkot, Karnataka 587101.

Consultations are provided by physicians holding a BAMS degree and registered with the State Council of Indian Medicine, Registration No. 47713.

2. Nature of services

We provide Ayurvedic consultations, Panchakarma therapies and related wellness services, in-clinic and, where offered, through online consultation.

Please note the following:

• Payments made through this website are consultation fees for a professional appointment with an Ayurvedic physician. They are not the purchase of a medicine, product, therapy package or guaranteed outcome.
• Ayurvedic management is individualised. The response to any advice, regimen or therapy differs from person to person depending on constitution, adherence, lifestyle and any underlying condition.
• No specific result, recovery, weight change, cure or timeline is promised or guaranteed by us, by this website, or by any consultation booked through it.
• Medicines, Panchakarma therapies, laboratory investigations and follow-up consultations, if advised, are charged separately and are not covered by the consultation fee.
• The content on this website is for general information and awareness only. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for professional medical examination.

3. Not for emergencies

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or symptoms such as chest pain, breathlessness, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any acute or life-threatening condition, contact your nearest hospital or emergency service immediately.

Our services do not replace emergency care, hospitalisation, surgical treatment, or ongoing treatment prescribed by a registered specialist for any diagnosed medical condition. You should not stop or alter any prescribed medication without consulting the physician who prescribed it.

4. Eligibility

By booking a consultation you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or are a parent or legal guardian booking on behalf of a minor.
• You are legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• The information you provide about yourself or the patient is true, accurate and complete.

Persons who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for a serious diagnosed medical condition should disclose this before or during the consultation. Certain therapies may not be advisable in these situations.

5. Booking and appointments

• An appointment is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and our team has confirmed a slot with you by call or message on your registered mobile number.
• We will attempt to contact you within 12 working hours of payment. If we are unable to reach you on the number provided after three reasonable attempts, the appointment may be treated as unconfirmed.
• We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment due to physician unavailability, clinic closure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases you will be offered an alternative slot or a refund as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a consultation where the case falls outside our scope of practice, where a referral to another system of medicine or a specialist is more appropriate, or where information provided is found to be false or misleading.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate health information, including current medications, existing diagnoses, allergies and pregnancy status.
• Enter a valid mobile number and email address at checkout, as these are used to confirm your appointment.
• Follow the advice given during the consultation to the extent you choose to, and inform the physician of any adverse reaction promptly.
• Not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

7. Payments

• Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a third-party payment gateway. Your payment card, UPI and banking details are handled by the gateway and are not collected or stored by us.
• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We are not responsible for failed, delayed or declined transactions arising from your bank, card issuer or the payment gateway. In case of an amount debited without a confirmed booking, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Online consultations

Where an online consultation is offered, it is conducted in accordance with applicable telemedicine practice guidelines. Online consultation has inherent limitations: a physician cannot conduct a physical examination remotely, and advice is based on the information and images you provide. You may be advised to attend the clinic in person, or to consult a local physician, where an in-person examination is necessary.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, assessment tools and treatment descriptions, is our property or is used with permission, and is protected under applicable Indian law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any consultation or use of this website shall not exceed the amount of the consultation fee actually paid by you for that service.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any outcome arising from information withheld or misstated by you, from non-adherence to advice given, or from self-medication.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from professional negligence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Please review this page periodically.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bagalkot, Karnataka.
